How we handle what you share with us.

What we collect

When you arrange a consultation, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, your message and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, property location, areas of interest, project stage and preferred timing.

The website itself sets no cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use a self-hosted, cookie-free service that records page views and a small number of anonymous events, such as which service pages are visited. It does not record what you type.

How we use it

Your enquiry is delivered to us as an email and used only to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your home. We do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and our ordinary business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address on this site and we will respond.
