A household that runs itself, in the open.
A staffed household runs on small handovers: who did what, what is due, what has expired, what was paid. Left to messages and memory, it depends on whoever remembers. We set up one shared record for the household and teach everyone who uses it, so the home is organised in the open and the owner can see it from anywhere.
Tasks and calendar
Recurring and one-off tasks are given to the right person and ticked off when done, with a shared household calendar alongside. Whoever is there records it at the moment it happens, and everyone with access sees it at once.
Care, vehicles and receipts
Medication and care routines, each vehicle with its fuel, service and running costs, and receipts photographed and read into the right record. Months later, a receipt or a service date is a search away, not a hunt through a group chat.
Staff, pay and documents
Contracts, timesheets, payslips, advances and reimbursements for household staff, and passports, visas and IDs with expiry reminders. Staff see only their own pay and never the household’s finances or each other’s.
Oversight from anywhere
Family members and staff have their own roles and permissions, access can be withdrawn in one tap, and every change is logged with who made it and when. The owner follows the household from an iPhone or Android phone, wherever they are.
Set up and training
We set up the household, its people, vehicles and routines, agree who sees what, and then sit down with the family and the staff so that everyone knows how to use it on the first day. Homelog is our own platform, so we can answer for it as well as install it.
