- 02A considered design. A written proposal with a clear scope and the equipment named model by model, worked around room proportions, finishes, listening positions and the way the household moves through the day.
- 03A precise installation. Coordination with your architect, interior designer, electrician and contractors where they are involved, then installation, configuration and testing until it is right.
- 04Continued care. A walkthrough at handover, simple written notes for everyone who lives with the system, and support afterwards on terms agreed with you.
