Borgquist Home is led by Fredrik Borgquist, a Swedish entrepreneur with a technical background, based in Abu Dhabi. He is personally involved in every engagement, from the first conversation to the last adjustment.
Fredrik studied at the Stockholm School of Economics and spent his early career as a derivatives trader and quantitative trading developer at ABN AMRO and RBS in London, building systems where precision was not optional.
He co-founded Divido, a retail finance platform that grew to a hundred people, leading its technology, finance and operations. Since 2020 he has built AI applications and connected-device products, including PodQ Air, an air quality monitoring service.
The Swedish influence shows in how we work: restraint, clarity and an insistence that the result should feel natural, not technical. We design, source, configure and support each system ourselves and carry out the installation, bringing in a licensed electrician or a specialist installer where the work calls for one. We work alongside your architect, interior designer and contractors when a project involves them.
