Air quality

A clearer understanding of your air.

Indoor air changes through the day with cooking, cleaning, occupancy, the air conditioning and what the city is doing outside. Understanding it comes first; the right intervention follows from what is actually found.

01

Assessment

A conversation about the home, the household and any concerns, followed by a look at the building: how it is ventilated, filtered and sealed, and how the air conditioning brings in fresh air, if it does.

02

Measurement

Monitors in living and sleeping spaces track particulate matter, carbon dioxide, volatile compounds, temperature and humidity over days rather than minutes, with an outdoor sensor as a baseline. We usually measure with PodQ Air, our own air-quality monitoring platform.

03

Interpretation

Readings become useful when they are explained. We review what the data shows about each room and when conditions change, and we say plainly what matters and what does not.

04

Interventions

Particle filtration, ventilation and source control address different problems. A filter does not lower carbon dioxide; fresh air does. Recommendations are specific to the room and the finding.
